| Instructor Bio: | Laura began sewing with needle and thread designing Barbie clothes from leftover fabric her mom used to create the children’s shirts for school. Laura has been around fiber arts from her childhood with her mom & aunts, church, school, and quilt stores. She has taken many classes from talented instructors over the last 23+ years. She discovered quilting at age 40 and has been quilting ever since. Laura has been in the teaching industry since 1997. She has taught many classes including food safety, knitting, beginning crochet, knotting for Malas, and now quilted bags! She loves to teach and observe that one moment when the individual smiles that smile that says yes!!!! |
